CORPORATE ACTION - JAKARTA. PT Bank Danamon Tbk (BDMN, member of Kompas100 index) will distribute dividends totaling 35% of the 2018 net profit. Bank Danamon will distribute dividends of Rp 143.22 per share. The portion of dividends distributed by this bank this year is the same as the previous year which was 35%.
"While 1% of the net profit will be allocated as general reserves. The rest of the profits will be recorded as retained earnings," Bank Danamon's management said in a statement on Tuesday (3/26).
Last year, Bank Danamon earned a net profit of Rp 3.9 trillion or grew 6.5% from 2017.
